This August we continue to present scans from the Collection of materials, reports and leaflets related to the opposition, strikes and repressive measures in the Polish Peoples’ Republic (No. 76). It contains inter alia materials related to August 1988 strikes in Polish enterprises.
Below you can find a leaflet with a drawing of a hand showing the victory sign and the name of Solidarność. Other scans include poems titled “Tymczasem” and “Folder.” There is also an appeal to the health service, communications of the Regional Coordination Committee of the Solidarity Trade Union in Gdańsk, announcement of the Confederation of Independent Poland, and communication of Fighting Solidarity.
