Radio Solidarność (leaflets) – Collection of materials, reports and leaflets related to the opposition, strikes and repressive measures in the Polish Peoples’ Republic, No. 76/45
In June we continue to present scans of archival documents from the Collection of materials, reports and leaflets related to the opposition, strikes and repressive measures in the Polish Peoples’ Republic (Nr 76). This time we would like to show you leaflets related to Radio Solidarność.
The leaflets presented below were published in 1982-1983. They contain exact dates and hours of radio broadcasts. Also radio frequencies are included – both for broadcasts aired in Gdańsk and in Warsaw. In one of the leaflets there is an appeal to record the broadcasts and distribute the recordings. Another leaflet claims: Solidarność cannot be destroyed or divided. It cannot be jammed either.
We have already written about archival materials from the Collection of materials, reports and leaflets related to the opposition, strikes and repressive measures in the Polish Peoples’ Republic. Presented scans included leaflets focusing on May 1 and 3 celebrations and materials related to the outbreak of World War II and the Warsaw Uprising of 1944. The collection has not been fully processed yet. It is regularly enriched by our benefactors.
