Together with the Association of Polish Archivists (the Gdansk branch) we organize conferences for archives run by non-governmental organizations and private people.
The first conference, titled “The Future of Memory. Community Archives in Pomerania: administration – protection – sharing,” was held on November the 19th, 2016 in Gdańsk.
The second conference, titled “The Future of Memory. Community archives: their contribution into national archival holdings and their funding opportunities,“ was held on November the 17th, 2017 in Gdańsk.
The third conference, titled “The Future of Memory. Community archives: Gdańsk and Its Boroughs,“ was held on March the 1st, 2019 in Gdańsk.
The fourth conference, focusing on the history of education system in the Pomerania region, is planned for September 2021.
